Free consultations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline treatment where our qualified practitioner judges it unsuitable for your circumstances.

Multi-session packages may require a deposit to secure your block of appointments. Pricing is confirmed in writing at consultation. Split-payment options are available where agreed in advance.

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the session value.
• We will always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies.

Some treatments are not suitable in pregnancy, with certain medical conditions or with active implants. You must disclose any relevant medical history at consultation. We may decline or modify treatment on safety grounds.

Results vary between individuals and depend on lifestyle, diet, hydration and adherence to your plan. Outcomes described on our website and at consultation are based on typical client results and are not a guarantee.

Where treatment has not yet been delivered, refund of unused sessions is at our discretion in line with consumer-rights legislation. Treatments already delivered are non-refundable.

We carry full professional and public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased, except where liability cannot be limited under English law.
